Sibomana Faustin holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Independent University of Kigali and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Rwanda. With extensive experience in administration, project management, and human resource leadership, he brings strong organizational and operational skills to the Kangabe foundation.

He has held leadership and management roles with FATE Consulting Ltd, The Country Inn Hotel, OrangeKat Company Ltd, and Heaven Restaurant, overseeing project execution, team supervision, human resources, logistics, and client relations. Through these roles, he has developed expertise in managing teams, coordinating operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and services for both organizations and their clients.

Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, and French, with proficiency in Kiswahili, Sibomana Faustin combines strategic coordination, administrative expertise, and a commitment to social impact, ensuring the Kangabe foundation’s operations run efficiently and effectively.

Key Wilondja is an Administrative and Finance Operations Officer with over two years of professional experience in administration, office operations, finance, education, and software development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University. He also holds Professional Certification in Data Analytics and Generative AI from Global Nexus Institute.

Before his current role, Key served as an Office Assistant/secretary and later an Administrative Assistant at World Vision Rwanda, where he gained extensive experience in office administration, coordination, records management, and operational support. He has also worked as a teaching assistant at Kepler and continues to work as a freelance software developer, combining business knowledge with technology to develop practical solutions.

Fluent in English, Kinyarwanda, and Kiswahili, Key brings a multidisciplinary approach to his work, with skills and experience across administration, finance, education, and technology.
